A.A.S. Culinary Arts Degree
Our associate degree program in Culinary Arts includes 600 hours of professional work experience. Gain a comprehensive food and wine education while learning restaurant management skills. Our Culinary Arts Certificate program combines 300 hours of professional work experience with essential food and hospitality instruction. With fewer credit hours than the associate degree program, you can earn a college education quickly while remaining in the workforce.
