Julia Presents...Dinner for Four

This new cookbook, developed by FLCC's Culinary Arts Department, features a wonderful assortment of recipes:12 soups, 12 first courses, 12 entrees, 12 desserts, and other favorite recipes.

Proceeds from cookbook sales will go towards the Food Cupboard at Finger Lakes Community College.

Julia Dinner for Four Cookbook was created by the Culinary Students in fall 2020. This was created in lieu of holding the dinner Julia. Julia did not occur due to the pandemic. The book includes 12 soups, 12 first courses, 12 entrees, 12 desserts and a few other favoriites. The proceeds from the book will benefit the food cupboard
