The A.A.S. Food and Beverage Management track will be discontinued pending final approvals. Effective Fall 2024, we will no longer accept new applications or program change requests for these tracks. We encourage you to explore our A.A.S. in Hospitality — Event and Tourism Management track, which offers similar classes to help build a successful career in the hospitality industry.
This program combines 600 hours of professional work experience with courses in culinary arts, food service and beverage fundamentals, hospitality law, accounting, and management. An A.A.S. degree in hospitality is ideal for first-time students and those interested in transferring to a four-year institution. You'll also have time to enjoy college athletics, participate in student life activities, and take general education credits.
