"There is nothing more human than having a body and learning how it works. It's so fascinating. This entire degree translates perfectly to my dance career — but the most rewarding part is knowing what my muscles are doing while I'm moving. It's nice to put my arms above my head and know that it's not just my shoulders but my back, too. You learn about athletic injuries and how to treat and prevent them, which I can use to improve my own fitness routines, or help other athletes do what they love safely."
